Extension work for the PISA students during the first term school holiday. Prizes and certificates  were given to Top 3 students based on the overall marks for the three subjects: English, Mathematics and Science.

INTERNATIONAL CADET EXCHANGE PROGRAMME 2017

Mikael Matin Bin Md Jofri, was one of the student who have participated International Cadets Exchange Programme on 16th November 2017 until 26th November 2017.

He shared some of his experiences in Singapore during General Assembly on 15th March 2018.

ADMIN FIELD TRIP TO SM RIMBA

On 13.03.2018, A team of 22 teachers

 A team of 22 teachers from SM Sayyidina 'Othman consisting of the administration and selected year 11 teachers paid a working visit to SM Rimba on the 13th March 2018.

The aims of the visit were to (1) learn best practices from each other (2) establish networking (3) forge a stronger relationship with schools to improve school performance.

Teachers from different department had the opportunity to discuss lesson and classroom issues. 

Both schools agreed to implement a peer review program where teachers from both schools will visit each other and work on improving lessons in the classroom.

HIDUP TANPA TEMBAKAU

Pada hari Selasa bersamaan dengan 13 Mac 2018, Sekolah Menengah Sayyidina Othman mengadakan program Kesedaran Keburukan Penggunaan Tembakau

ATUR ACARA MAJLIS

Ucapan pelancaran oleh pengetua Sekolah Menengah Sayyidina Othman iaitu Cikgu Dr.Vincent Andrew. Diikuti dengan perasmian dengan mematahkan simbol rokok.

Kongsi sama bersama 4 orang pelajar iaitu 

1. Syazwani Amyreen dari tahun 7A - Kandungan kimia rokok 
2. Nurul Azizah Asyurah dari tahun 8C - Kesan rokok pada kesihatan 
3. Muhammad Iqbal dari tahun 8A- Kesan rokok kepada masyarakat
4. Afiq Syahmi dari tahun 9Exp- Akta kesalahan merokok 

• Sesi soal keburukan penggunaan tembakau 
• Penyampaian hadiah kepada penuntut yang menjawab sesi soal 
• Penyampaian poster risalah kepada setiap kelas yang disampaikan oleh pengetua Sekolah Menengah Sayyidina Othman iaitu Cikgu Dr.Vincent Andrew.
• Petandingan poster tanda buku yang akan dihantar pada 5 April 2018
